Mr. Clay is a Managing Member of East Hill Advisors, Chairman of the Clay Mathematics Institute, and Chairman of the Caribbean Conservation Corporation. Prior to founding East Hill, he was CEO and Chairman of Eaton Vance. Landon serves on various other boards including the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Eric Woodbury, Esq.
Mr. Woodbury serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. He is responsible for compliance and corporate treasury. Prior to joining East Hill, he was a senior attorney in the legal department at Eaton Vance. Formerly, he was an associate at the law firms of Dechert and Gaston & Snow. Kirby Richards, CPA
Mr. Richards provides independent accounting and bookkeeping services to all East Hill funds and clients through his firm Gravity Financial , LLC a hedge fund administrative servicing firm which he founded in 2002. Kirby is a CPA, who prior to founding Gravity Financial, served as the Chief Financial Officer for a hedge fund manager, as Director of the Partnership Tax and Administration for Investors Bank & Trust, and as a Senior Tax Manager Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He received has a Masters Degree in Taxation and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University .
Karl-Otto Hartmann, Esq.
Mr. Hartmann serves as Vice President of Operations. He has over 25 years’ legal and operations experience with investment advisers, mutual funds, hedge funds and venture capital. Karl has been providing consulting services to such companies through his firm, IntelliMagic LLC since 2006. Previously, he has served in senior management positions at several major financial services organizations including most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of J.P. Morgan’s fund servicing operations. Karl received an AB from Dartmouth College , JD from the University of Santa Clara , and MBA from the University of California , Berkeley .
Laura Mather
Ms. Mather is the Adminstration/Office Manager for the firm. She has served as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to senior executives in the biotech, financial services and training/consulting business sectors. Laura received an AB from Wittenberg University in political science with a minor concentration in economics.

Director of the Molecular Cardiovascular Medicine Group (comprising the Center for Molecular and Vascular Biology of the K. U. Leuven, and the Center for Transgene Technology and Gene Therapy of the Flanders Interuniversity Institute for Biotechnology) in Leuven, Belgium and Chairman/CEO of ThromboGenic. Professor Collen Holds a M.D. degree (1968) and Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor. Amory Houghton Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences from 1991 until June 2002. Dean Knowles holds a BA and DPhil from Balliol College.

Chief Scientific Adviser to the British Government and Head of the Office of Sciences and Technology. President of the Royal Society. Lord May holds a BSc and PhD from the University of Sydney.
